"We looked to commission Renewable Heating Installations for three reasons; firstly, they are a local family business who have been around for many years; secondly, they have previously carried out gas safety checks in our home and so were known to us; and thirdly their non-nonsense, upfront and friendly approach is refreshingly reassuring in a usually big business, corporate world. 

Dean and Liz were happy to answer our numerous questions (including two visits to our home) before and after we contracted their services to install a central heating system in our Victorian era home.  They were also very aware of the impact of running pipework throughout the building and were considerate and sympathetic in maintaining its architectural integrity.  They accommodated our own choice of traditional radiators, and offered to discuss technical matters with the company we had sourced them from.  Their care and attention carried on throughout the installation, checking how the work was progressing and signing off personally on the job.  They left us in no doubt at all that they would be there to resolve any problems if any should arise - none did. 

The workmanship was to a very high standard.  The installers were always on time, friendly, professional and courteous, and took great care protecting floor coverings and tidying up after themselves, taking away all rubbish.  We are extremely pleased with the end result and would not have any hesitation in recommending their services."
