One of Family Housing’s residential sheltered accommodations had a worrying problem: water was continually pouring from the overflow pipe. It was coming from the main central heating tank that fed all of the flats. We discovered that one of the flats had a perforated coil in one customer’s heat store by isolating all the units then turning them on one by one until we’d identified the heat store. It was duly isolated and replaced.
Customers are now overflowing with joy, not water.
